2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
  • Payment is collected at the time of delivery unless stated otherwise.

4. Open Parcel Checking Facility

For customer trust and satisfaction, we provide an Open Parcel Checking Facility.

Customers are allowed to:

  • open the parcel before payment,
  • check the product condition and packaging,
  • verify the ordered item before making payment.

Payment should only be made after complete satisfaction.

5. No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds on:

  • beauty products,
  • skincare items,
  • cosmetics,
  • personal care products,
  • female-related products,

once the parcel is accepted and payment is completed.

Customers are strongly advised to check the parcel carefully before payment.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

In rare situations where:

  • a wrong item is delivered, or
  • the product arrives damaged,

the customer must immediately inform the delivery rider and refuse the parcel at the time of delivery.

Complaints after acceptance and payment may not be entertained.

7. Product Usage Disclaimer

Customers are advised to:

  • read product instructions carefully,
  • perform a patch test before using skincare or beauty products,
  • use products according to recommended guidelines.

Lazina Store is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or individual skin sensitivities.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on city and courier service.
  • Delays caused by weather, holidays, or courier issues are beyond our control.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details for successful delivery.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers agree not to:

  • place fake orders,
  • misuse promotional offers,
  • provide false information,
  • engage in abusive behavior with support staff.

10. Intellectual Property
