Open Parcel Checking

Customers are allowed to:

  • Open the parcel in front of the delivery rider.
  • Check the product carefully before making payment.
  • Verify the size, color, design, and condition of the item.

Once you are fully satisfied, you may proceed with the payment.

No Return & No Refund Policy

As customers are given the opportunity to inspect the parcel before payment:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds after payment.
  • Orders cannot be exchanged or refunded once accepted and paid for.
  • Customers who accept the parcel without checking it will be responsible for their decision.

Wrong or Damaged Product

In rare cases, if:

  • the wrong item is delivered, or
  • the product is damaged,

the customer must immediately inform the rider and refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.
