  • open and inspect the parcel before payment,

  • make payment only after satisfaction.

6. No Return & No Refund

Since customers are allowed to inspect the parcel before payment:

  • we do not offer returns or refunds after payment,
  • no exchange or refund will be accepted once the order is received and paid for.

Customers who receive the parcel without checking it will be responsible for their decision.

7. Wrong or Damaged Items

If a customer receives:

  • a wrong item, or
  • a damaged product,

the issue must be reported immediately to the delivery rider at the time of delivery, and the parcel should not be accepted.

  • Unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or courier issues may occur.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:
